About Me

I am a dedicated therapist with a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management. With over 16 years of experience in the medical field, I have developed a strong passion for helping individuals navigate life’s challenges. I specialize in working with diverse populations, providing therapy for individuals, couples, and families dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma.

Currently, I am furthering my education by pursuing a Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision, starting in April 2025. My goal is to advance my clinical expertise, contribute to the field through research, and train future mental health professionals.

I have experience using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). My work is rooted in creating a supportive, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, empowered, and connected.

In addition to my professional work, I enjoy painting, exercising, and learning about different cultures. My diverse background as a Russian-Persian immigrant has shaped my appreciation for multicultural perspectives and the importance of culturally competent therapy.

I am committed to ongoing learning, clinical growth, and making a meaningful impact in the lives of those I serve.I am under the Clinical Supervision of Lauren Greenway, LPC, CPCS, MAC, CEDS-C.
