She earned her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University, building on a solid foundation of knowledge and practical experience. Mandy also holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from the University of Central Florida, where she developed a deep understanding of teaching methodologies that have enriched her approach to counseling.

With over a decade of experience as an educator in the Orange County public school system in Orlando, Florida, Mandy has honed her ability to connect with and support young individuals. This unique combination of teaching and counseling expertise allows her to effectively understand and address the challenges faced by adolescents and young adults today.

Mandy specializes in helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem by providing a safe and supportive therapeutic environment. She tailors her approach using a variety of evidence-based methods, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and other therapeutic orientations designed to meet each client’s unique needs. Her goal is to empower clients to find balance, emotional well-being, and personal growth by guiding them through practical strategies that lead to meaningful, lasting change.

Mandy’s passion for ongoing education in the field of counseling ensures she stays current with best practices and the evolving landscape of mental health. She is particularly passionate about working with young people, bringing both theoretical knowledge and a genuine understanding of their experiences and concerns. This approach empowers Mandy to contribute to mental health outreach initiatives that foster a supportive, nurturing environment for young individuals.

Mandy is an active member of the Licensed Professional Counselors Association of Georgia (LPCAGA) and the American Counseling Association (ACA). She is also a proud member of the Omega Nu Lambda National Honor Society and the Rho Eta Student Chapter of Chi Sigma Iota International Counseling Honor Society, reflecting her academic excellence and dedication to the profession.
